Wally’s practice focuses almost exclusively on workers’ compensation claims. Wally graduated from Presbyterian College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the South Carolina Law Review and received the CALI award for Professional Responsibility. Prior to founding Eller Frye Law, he worked for two prominent insurance defense firms in Greenville. Wally is originally from Spartanburg, SC and has resided in the upstate most of his life. He and his wife currently live in Greenville with their daughter and son. Outside of the office, Wally enjoys spending time with his family and attempting to play golf.
