Dan grew up in Rock Hill, SC but has lived in Greenville since 2004. Dan has spent the majority of his professional career defending employers across the Carolinas in workers’ compensation cases. He is licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and South Carolina. In 2016, he became a Board-Certified Specialist in Workers’ Compensation law through the North Carolina State Bar.

In January of 2023, he decided to use his extensive experience to assist injured workers. Dan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in History from Erskine College in 2000. He then graduated from Campbell University’s School of Law in 2003. While in law school, he was a member of Campbell’s prestigious Moot Court team. Dan is an active member of his church, Greenville ARP.

He is also currently serving on the board of Bonclarken in Flat Rock, NC where he grew up going to camp and conferences. When he isn’t working, Dan enjoys attending the sporting events of his three kids, hunting, and fishing.
